Welcome from the Rutgers Lifelong Learning Center Executive Director, Presentation & Tour

About the event:

Join NJ IFMA for a presentation and tour of the Rutgers Lifelong Learning Center in New Brunswick, NJ.

 

Part of the more than 100 Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes across the country, OLLI-RU at Rutgers University is a brand new, state-of-the-art learning facility specifically geared toward individuals over 50 who want to learn for the joy of learning.

The building itself consists of three floors with classrooms (from a cinema to an art room), administration, and production places like the publishing area, television studio and fitness center. The tour will showcase, among other things, several WELL features including circadian lighting; lighting designed to enhance circadian rhythms as well as biophilic waterfalls which capture air pollutants, filter them out and then return clean water to repeat the cycle.

Registration is required to insure entry at any meeting or event.

We will try to accommodate walk-ins as best we can, but attendance is not guaranteed without pre-registration.
