Role with company:
I am accountable to deliver Facilities, Capital Projects, and EHS services to 11 sites across 8 countries in support of Universal Display Corporation’s (UDC) high technology research & development, manufacturing, and office operations. I develop and execute Risk Management plans, Compliance programs, and undertake Capital planning for my function’s areas of responsibility. In addition, I establish and execute short- and long-term strategies for functional deliveries utilizing technology platforms, leveraging people development and a balance of internal and external service delivery partners to meet the needs of a growing high technology company. I also lead the Environmental Sustainability portion of UDC’s ESG program ensuring the continued delivery of the company’s Sustainability commitments.

Reason for joining IFMA:
NJ IFMA has always ensured a very collaborative environment to educate members on various facilities topics and techniques for me to stay relevant within my area of expertise, as well as connect with Associates who can support service delivery to my colleagues and management.
Reason for joining the Board:
The Board is filled with talented and passionate people who care about the ongoing education, growth, and development of Facilities professionals and industry. I’m looking to share ideas and thoughts to continue contributing to NJ IFMA’s Mission in concert with other Board members.
