Reason for joining IFMA:
To connect and learn from other Facilities professionals. This aligns with my passion for continuous improvement. There's a quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln, "Whatever you are, be a good one." I think that nicely sums up my personal and professional philosophy better than I could say it myself. I continually try to stretch my skills, learn and grow. I'm also committed to helping others grow in this journey.
Reason for joining the Board:
To expand my contributions to the New Jersey professional community. For example, I spearheaded the development of the Young Professionals Committee resulting in several successful events for the group this past year. I look forward to carrying that forward to other are areas of the chapter.
