Oversee day-to-day operations/site management at six Class A RMS locations. Manage real estate/lease negotiation, construction/renovations, build-outs, design, floor planning and provide a safe, professional environment for employees and clients.

Reason for joining NJ IFMA:

My manager was president of the Silicon Valley Chapter and encouraged me to join, identifying all of the benefits associated with IFMA membership. I have enjoyed many of those benefits including the opportunity to connect with FM professionals whose roles are vastly different from mine, earned my FMP credential to lead me to my professional development goals, and have gained much knowledge from the monthly meetings featuring topics of interest for FMs. Another key benefit is the people in this organization, so many of whom have become friends and freely share their knowledge to support one another.

Reason for joining the Board:

NJ IFMA has been a fulfilling experience for me and when the opportunity arose to be part of the Professional Development committee, I wanted to support the initiative to help others gain professional certifications in FM as this would greatly enhance their careers. So many members had supported me in the early years and this opportunity enabled me to give back and work with exceptional professionals in the field.
