IFMA New Jersey

History

Founded in 1989, NJ IFMA is the state-wide chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for facility management professionals, supporting more than 24,000 members in 104 countries. IFMA certifies facility managers, conducts research, provides educational programs, recognizes facility management certificate programs and produces World Workplace, the world’s largest facility management conference and exposition. IFMA collaborates with RICS, a global association representing land, real estate, construction and infrastructure professionals to align IFMA credentials, standards, and professional development across the globe. IFMA credentials (CFM, SFP and FMP) are now recognized worldwide.
