Mark Adam is the Facility Director at Reckitt since 2010. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and holds a master’s in business administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Mark has twenty-six years’ experience in the field. He is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) and Sustainable Facility Professional (SFP). His responsibilities involve overseeing buildings, grounds, and facility services. He’s experienced in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food, and cosmetic industries. Including working for Bayer Healthcare in Site Services, Berlex Labs as a Senior Project Engineer, a Project

Engineer for Metsys Engineering, and a Corporate Project Engineer at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mark lives in Somerset County with his wife and twin daughters.



Paul Magrino is the Senior Director of Facilities and Administration at Sun Pharma in Princeton, NJ. He is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM.) Paul is responsible for all building maintenance and services for Sun Pharma's U.S. Corporate and Brand Business headquarters and national distribution center for the combined businesses of Sun, Taro Pharma and Ohm Labs. Overseeing all facility services including space planning, construction, renovations, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, fire protection and security. Prior to Sun Pharma, he was the head of Facilities at The Linde Group, facility manager at Kean University and Essex County College. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The College of NJ and a Masters in Public Administration from Kean University. Paul lives in Middlesex County with his wife and 3 children.



Steve Wehner is the Americas Regional Vice President of Workplace Management and Global Workplace Sustainability at Firmenich for these past 8 years. Steve holds both certifications for the Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from IFMA. He also maintains a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Steve is responsible for Firmenich’s Global Workplace Sustainability program, as well as Workplace services, maintenance, capital planning & execution, and Facilities risk management. Prior to Firmenich, he was the Associate Director of Real Estate & Facilities Services at Nestle, and Regional Director of Global Workplace Solutions at Cadbury. Steve graduated from NJIT with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Management, and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Steve lives in Somerset County with his wife and 2 sons.



Caroline Shelly – is Principal and Founder of HF Planners, LLC. HF Planners has been serving the Facility Management community in various consultant capacities for 23 years. Caroline has a degree in interior design from The International Academy of Merchandising and Design located in Chicago and Business

Administration from DeSales University. In 2020, Caroline took advantage of the quarantine period and became a Certified Change Manager from Cornell University. Caroline is also a certified interior designer (CID) in the state of NJ, and a LEED AP. Caroline lives in Hunterdon County with her husband, 2 cats and a

dog. Their daughter, Ellen works for HF Planners on location for a pharmaceutical client in Massachusetts and is actively involved with the FM profession and the Boston Chapter.
